Delayed Death

They always "say" that it takes years for various people convicted of horrible crimes to inevitably get executed. Years after years of appeal racking costs to the tax payer to keep them alive and then post pone their death.

This is the first time I've seen the actual data;

Twelve years on average. And we still kill innocent people all the time.

This wonderful public service has been brought to you by the same people who gave us the IRS, the Post Office, and the Department of Motor Vehicles.

Why anyone would want to give these people more money for anything is beyond me.
